Latest Tariff News
The US Administration announced on July 30th that, as of August 29th 2025, the de minimus for all countries will be eliminated. At that time the duty cost will be added to your order at checkout. Until that date, low value shipments under $800 USD will be duty and tariff free. What you pay at checkout is all you will pay.
We ship all our items from our warehouse in Atlantic Canada, and use UPS's Delivered Duty Paid service. As of August 29th we will subsidize the brokerage fee and disbursement fee on the duty amount, but unfortunately we have to pass along the duty burden to the end consumer. As a small business we are unable to absorb the high tariffs that are slated to be levied on low value goods.
If the above changes as a result of the impending court case challenging Trump’s tariff policies, we will update the notice on our home page, and also update the details here.
Payments
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Mastercard, Discover, Shop Pay, Visa and Interac.
Payment Currency
Our website pricing is available in either Canadian (CAD) or US dollars (USD). Use the currency drop down selector to select your currency of choice. We purchase our stock in USD and this is therefore the currency we use to set pricing.
Your Account and Order History
To view your account or order history, simply login to your account (if you created an account when you placed your order). There you will find your account details, order history, and more. You can make changes to your personal information including billing and shipping addresses, email, and password.
Cancelling Your Order
If your order has been placed, but has not been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@northamericancustomcovers.com to cancel your order. If the item has already been shipped, the order will deliver to you and you may follow the returns process to return the item.
Handling time
Our stock is located in New Brunswick, Canada. All orders (except pre-orders) will be processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed before noon eastern time, Monday to Friday will be shipped same day.
Tracking My Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track its status. Additionally, you can log into your account to retrieve this information once it has been posted.
