Latest Tariff Update
The U.S. Administration revoked the de minimis exemption for all countries on August 29, 2025.
This recent change means that duties and tariffs now apply to all cross-border orders. To keep things transparent, these costs are included at checkout so you’ll never face unexpected fees on delivery. This way, what you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
All items ship from our warehouse in Atlantic Canada using UPS’s Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. We will continue to subsidize the brokerage and disbursement fees charged on duties; however, the duty itself must be paid by the customer. As a small business, we’re unfortunately unable to absorb the significant tariff costs that apply to low-value goods under the new rules.
If there are changes as a result of the ongoing court case challenging these tariff policies, we will update the notice on our home page and revise this section accordingly.
Payments
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Mastercard, Discover, Shop Pay, Visa and Interac.
Payment Currency
Our website pricing is available in either Canadian (CAD) or US dollars (USD). Use the currency drop down selector to select your currency of choice. We purchase our stock in USD and this is therefore the currency we use to set pricing.
Your Account and Order History
To view your account or order history, simply login to your account (if you created an account when you placed your order). There you will find your account details, order history, and more. You can make changes to your personal information including billing and shipping addresses, email, and password.
Cancelling Your Order
If your order has been placed, but has not been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@northamericancustomcovers.com to cancel your order. If the item has already been shipped, the order will deliver to you and you may follow the returns process to return the item.
Handling time
Our stock is located in New Brunswick, Canada. All orders (except pre-orders) will be processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed before noon eastern time, Monday to Friday will be shipped same day.
Tracking My Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track its status. Additionally, you can log into your account to retrieve this information once it has been posted.
